Picked up C++ programming again. I'm not very good at it, but I've managed to produce a small game (Linux only) which I call MiniDuel. I personally think it's a great waste of time, which means I love it! You can follow the developement (not promising there will be any) from its own dedicated blog: [MiniDuel].
Here are a few screen shots for those interested (more if you'll follow the link):

I want to tell you about what I found when I did an inventory of my boxes full of computer guts, but there's no time! Enjoy the picture instead. That should sum it up with the 1000 words i provides, right?

Those two have nothing to do with each other.
I took some more pictures of the ball of fluff. He's getting a bit old, but still has it in him; in two of the pictures you can see him trying to figure the door out. I guess it's confusing 'cause it opens inwards.
I've bought an external hard drive during the sale season between christmas and new year. Dunno if I've mentoined it. Anyhow; it's a 500 GB USB-connected Iomega, and I use it for backup. I did a backup today, simple copy-all-new-files-from-here-to-there, and figured I'd show you an interesting picture of the file hirearchy inside it.
It kinda looks like a micro chip from afar. Basically it's every folder and every file where the different levels in the file system are displayed in different colors, etc. The program is called FSView and I don't know if you can get it for other systems than Linux.
Ta-daa! I have to tell you it tasted like it looks like... To me. I know stuff looks different for different people.

Woo! POP! - SHHHHhhhh... Or something.. I just finished version 1.2.0. It has some nice features and is a nice upgrade from version 1.1.6. I've added four new modules to the core, which enables the following features; template-per-page settings, RSS feeds, honeypot-based bot banning, and some site statistics.

And yes, the RSS module is working and you can get the feed for this page by going here: [?act=rss_blog&id=1].

As a nice side effect to getting version 1.1.4 done this site is again validated as [XHTML-strict] by W3C.

Released Nailblog-1.1.5 with one critical fix, and a bunch of other stuff I didn't have time to put in version 1.1.4. That was fast.

Released Nailblog-1.1.6 with another fix for a bug which was introduced by some code cleanup I did on the last release, or something.

Some more toying with the Media Tablet... It beats paper and pencil, but I think I need to practice different method, or something. Anyhow; enjoy!
The first images may seem a bit empty, but take a closer look!
