Installation instructions and user manual can be found here.
Currently I'm working on version 2.0, but that's still in beta so stick to 1.2 until it's done. The 1.2 version is separated in three categories; Core installation files, templates and modules. The core installation files is what you need to install a working Nailblog on your server. I'm keeping that file rather small and there is no graphical content in there.
New releases are posted in chronological order with download links and patches.

Oops! Broke the mod_sets module when I fixed the security holes in last update. I think this is the smallest update I've ever done. Five characters removed. That's it. You'll need this update if you want users to be able to change their names and passwords.

I don't post the actual changelog entry for every Nailblog update. Just a short summary.
Since I usually run the latest Nailblog version on this site you can always check the real changelog since it's part of the installation.

This update makes the Nailblog more resistant against cross site scripting attacks.
Plus some minor bug fixes.
Nailblog and Git

So far I've had close to no version control over what work was done on the Nailblog. Today I added all my Nailblog-projects to Git. I have a read-only Git server (gitweb and http clone on my home computer so if you feel like checking that out you can try this link and hope that my computer is online at that time. It usually isn't.
The whole Nailblog project have been asleep for a few months also because I've been busy caring for my daughter. She's now 6 month and 12 days old.
I figured I'd start working on this again so I can finally release Nailblog-2 in the not-too-distant future. Currently the core is fully functional with user management and all that, but there's really not much else. Right now I'm porting the Nailblog-1 blog module to Nailblog-2.
No promises on anything, though. So much to do, so little time.

Fixed some minor bugs:
- Quick links (pressing return with focus in the filter field) now register the visited links.
- The summary field value is passed through htmlentities in blog_editentry.
- New blog entries and comments no longer write to the summary field. I stopped using this some way back.
