[Documentation]
Installation instructions and user manual can be found here.
Currently I'm working on version 2.0, but that's still in beta so stick to 1.2 until it's done. The 1.2 version is separated in three categories; Core installation files, templates and modules. The core installation files is what you need to install a working Nailblog on your server. I'm keeping that file rather small and there is no graphical content in there.
New releases are posted in chronological order with download links and patches.
Addon Modules
2009-02-13 14:39 by Admin
From now on I'll make all addon modules installable from the Nailblog root directory (just unpack the file there and everything will end up in the right folders).
[nailblog-1.1.4-module-flowplayer.tar.gz]
Upgraded the flowplayer module to be installable from the Nailblog root directory.
[nailblog-1.1.4-module-tinymce.tar.gz]
This adds a WISYWYG-editor to the blog, frontpage, and page module.
Nailblog-1.1.4
2009-02-13 14:25 by Admin
Full installation: [nailblog-1.1.4.tar.gz]
1.1.3 - 1.1.4 patch: [nailblog-1.1.4-patch.tar.gz]
This took a while, but I finally managed to get the new Nailblog-version out there. This patch includes the following changes:
- Read-restrictions for blogs
- Support for WYSIWYG-addons
- Logging in, commenting, etc, now works in Safari too
- Fixed a bug where Internet Explorer would not open a file for download
- Modules that doesn't exist, but are in the active-module-list, will no longer cause error messages
- Change the method for fending off bots
As I write this it springs to mind that I never actually implemented the read-restriction feature. But the support is there, it just doesn't do anything.
Flash video module

And now I've also made the first add on module for the Nailblog. This module contains a flash video player called the [Flowplayer]. It works with Firefox and Internet Explorer, but not with Opera. I have yet to figure out if it's in the Nailblog module, in Opera or the Flowplayer where the problem is.
Download: [nailblog-1.1.3-module-flowplayer.tar.gz]

Apparently it's the video that has something in it which doesn't go well with Opera. And I'm all like; ... What?
Nailblog-1.1.3
2009-01-25 20:12 by Nailbar
Full installation: [nailblog-1.1.3.tar.gz]
1.1.2 - 1.1.3 patch: [nailblog-1.1.3-patch.tar.gz]
This release changes how the file manager handles mime types. The change made it possible for other modules to add new mime types to the file manager. The main reason for this was that I wanted to add video support, but since that would require a flash video player, which I wasn't going to make my self, it was going to have to be as an add on module. I needed it to be able to tell the file manager that flash video files can be viewed in that module if it is activated without coding it statically into the file manager.
Templates
2009-01-25 20:00 by Nailbar
Templates are addon graphical designs for the Nailblog. A template is extracted in the folder sys/templates and is immediately available in the Global settings on the Admin page after that.

Make sure you check the nailblog version for which the template is designed for. If the template version is newer than your current Nailblog installation you should patch the Nailblog installation first.
Patches

Here are the patches from version 1.0.5 to 1.1.2:
To install a patch you extract the content directly into the Nailblog installation folder (i.e. document root, public_html or whichever folder you've installed Nailblog into)
