Your fly a badly drawn space ship (or whatever that is) and your mission is to destroy as many enemy space ships as possible.
Every ship has 10 hitpoints. After you hit an enemy 8 times another enemy will spawn. When you destroy an enemy you will get +1 hitpoint.
